To be completely honest, I do not remember if these culottes are maternity or not. They seem like they could be--they do have an elastic waist. But they fit normally so who knows. Nonetheless, the pinstripes won me over and I decided to go a really eclectic, vintage look for this culotte mission. The newsboy cap really helped top the look off, in my opinion. And these heels are a favorite of mine. I don't wear them nearly enough.
